Sheree Sullivan

I’m an entrepreneur and business mentor with over 25 years’ experience building, scaling, and exiting businesses across food manufacturing, agriculture, tourism, and hospitality.

My career began at Udder Delights, where I stepped into ownership and leadership during its early stages and helped grow the business from a small, family-run operation into one of Australia’s leading Brie and Camembert producers. I later led the company through its acquisition by Megmilk Snow Brand, remaining on as CEO to guide the transition from founder-led business to an Australian subsidiary of a global dairy group.

I am now a co-founder of Grünthal Brew, an established and profitable hospitality and tourism destination in the Adelaide Hills, bringing together brewing, food, and experience-led hospitality. The focus is on creating experiences customers love, without compromising the fundamentals of running a healthy business.

Alongside this, I am a co-owner of EnBio Tech, a company focused on innovation in yeast and bacterial fermentation, with applications across food, beverage, and adjacent biotechnology fields.

I also work as a business mentor and facilitator, supporting founders and leadership teams with strategy, financial clarity, growth planning, governance, and decision-making through complexity. I have served as Board Chair and Director and completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors course in 2019.
