Sarah Howell is a commercially grounded Private Advisor to experienced owner-operators and business leaders.

With over 25 years’ experience conceiving, building and operating 14 hospitality venues, she understands first-hand the commercial, financial and personal realities of running businesses where the stakes are real.

Sarah works with established business owners navigating consequential decisions such as growth, pricing, partnerships, succession, leadership complexity and long-term sustainability. Her role is to strengthen commercial judgement, reduce second-guessing and align profit with each client’s broader definition of success.
