Linda Kurti
Linda Kurti is a coach, facilitator, social researcher and non-executive director with over three decades of experience in the not-for-profit and charitable sector. She has held executive, governance and consulting roles and is a passionate advocate for the contribution that the non-government sector makes to society.
Linda is a consummate listener and facilitator with a gift for helping people articulate purpose and overcome obstacles. As a coach, Linda is collaborative and relational, focussed on working with individuals to find and develop their best selves. She is known to bring a reflective, insightful and calm presence to all engagements and is resilient, adaptable and diplomatic, qualities polished through decades of community service.
Originally from the United States, Linda moved to England at the age of 24. Having originally trained in music, Linda joined the health care sector after a wrist injury and spent several years within the British National Health Service as a facilitator working with general practitioners and their teams to examine and improve their clinical performance.
Linda’s excellent critical analytical and research skills have been honed through her academic training and decades of research and consulting experience across government and the not-for-profit sector.
Linda is an experienced non-executive director with deep knowledge of the health, aged care, disability and social services sectors. With 20 years of experience on not-for-profit boards, Linda brings strong governance and clinical governance experience. She is a highly strategic leader and consultant with practical experience of working with aged care, retirement living, disability, foster care, youth at risk, family and social services.
