Kerstin Schütz

Kerstin is an experienced Executive and Non-Executive Director with a uniquely developed skill set and proven record in technology translation, stakeholder engagement and management, and partnering with industries and universities at an international level. Well- practiced in research, global and start-up businesses and government, she works across industry sectors including MedTech, Biotech, Pharma and Ag-Tech.

Her industry experience includes working in the US, Europe and Australia for global Pharma companies as well as executive roles in Australian Biotech companies including Adelaide based Bionomics, where Kerstin established and managed a high throughput drug discovery program focused on central nervous system disorders. Kerstin also owned and managed her own vineyard, having gained experience through a number of accredited courses including first year Viticulture I at Adelaide University.

Her management career has been further underpinned by the completion of an MBA at Melbourne Business School. Kerstin Schütz has worked in a number of Business Development and Commercialisation roles in Universities and in federal government programs including the prestigious Accelerating Commercialisation and Clinical Translation Commercialisation MedTech program.

In global markets she currently acts as ANZ market access agent for a multinational German Pharmaceutical company.

Kerstin is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and sits on boards and advisory committees in the sector.
