Joanna White
Joanna White is an inspiring and visionary leader, renowned for achieving results by transforming customer and employee experiences. She has a depth of financial services expertise and experience having held senior executive roles at NAB, Commonwealth Bank and Westpac. She honed her strategy skills at Bain & Company and started her career in manufacturing with Procter & Gamble and then Weyerhaeuser.
With expertise in strategy, finance, ESG, risk, product, pricing, data, and technology, Joanna leverages her experience to help individuals and businesses thrive. She has led digital transformation in business banking, implemented AI-powered lending models and blockchain solutions, and driven market outperformance in business banking and payments.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Joanna founded and scaled The Australian Charities Fund (now Workplace Giving Australia). Her current focus as a Chair and Non-Executive Director across multiple organisations, she has driven governance excellence, portfolio growth, and leadership transitions.
