Personal Development Courses For Organisations To Offer To Their Female Staff
BCD provides structured Memberships, Coaching and Mentoring, and Leadership Programs exclusively for women nationally. Through these initiatives, women are challenged, held accountable, given the opportunity to share knowledge and experiences, and receive unbiased, independent advice from their Coach/Mentor, Facilitator, Program Director, and fellow Members.
Face-to-face and online Memberships and one-to-one Coaching and Mentoring programs are available in separate categories to suit you and the stage you are at in your career or business maturity. Our categories include Executives, Emerging Leaders and Entrepreneurs.
Membership
behind closed doors member offers organisations with mentoring and coaching opportunities for their female staff members.
members of BCD are carefully placed into a group of women who meet for regular sessions facilitated by high profile businesswomen or female entrepreneurs.
Members informally mentor each other, improve their skills and knowledge and build their confidence and emotional intelligence. This is an exceptional opportunity to meet with peers from business, government and community in a totally confidential environment.
behind closed door member meetings are not another networking event, they’re sessions where real business issues are tackled by tapping into the powerhouse knowledge in the room to generate new insights, ideas and solutions. The women you’ll be working with are people who have been where you are, who can offer constructive, unbiased feedback and a different perspective to solving the most challenging leadership issues. Time during the sessions is time invested outside of the business thinking about the business on a strategic level and can deliver insights and “light bulb” moments.

“Being part of the Emerging Leaders Program has helped me build the confidence to step up in my career, while helping other Emerging Leaders do the same. Attending the sessions gives me clarity and objectivity when faced with challenging decisions, and the discipline of setting achievable goals helps me track my professional growth over time.”

“I joined BCD in 2022/2023 as an Emerging Leader. After a couple of group sessions, networking events and coaching sessions with the wonderful Loewn Steel, I started to solidify and feel comfortable with my identity, brand and value proposition. Towards the end of my first year with BCD, I secured my first executive role in an organisation that could see the value that my personal brand and style would make to their organisation – a great personal and career achievement that I had worked a very long time to achieve.”
